Nickelodeon is being kind of... neglectful with the series. For instance, only one international dub was created, one DVD was manufactured, and that's about it. 

To answer your question directly, no. No plush have been manufactured. There is a prototype Bobgoblin plush in Adam Peltzman (the creator's) office, as shown in a behind-the-scenes video.
