Ogre Douglas"Doug" is a thoughtful and gentle ogre. As the neighborhood's creature expert, he likes studying creatures, playing with creatures and writing songs about creatures. Also, he likes to give hugs; Ogre Doug speaks with a bit of an accent.
Etymology[]
In spite of the tendency for a creature's species to be their surname, when Wally calls himself "Camper Trollman" and Libby calls herself "Camper Light Sprite", Ogre refers to himself as "Camper Doug" indicating that Doug is actually his last name and Ogre is actually his forename.
Then again, "Camper Bobgoblin" didn't drop anything from his name, so it might not mean anything.
